What You Provide

• 6-8 ft. table or surface for every 100 guests in attendance

• Any preferred linens or tablecloths

• Your preferred plates, napkins, cutlery etc. for your guests

Charcuterie

Our charcuterie includes a display of seasonal artisan cheeses, meat, fruit, crudités (vegetables), dips, breads, crackers, and some sweets.

Flat Graze

Statement Graze specializes in flat graze tables- a large scale spread that covers your table and makes a memorable statement. We do not use serving platters but if you would like to provide some we will build the table on them at no additional cost.

Servings

Charcuterie is considered lite fare- great for appetizers, cocktail hours, or full events serving elevated bites that are still impressive and satisfying. Our tables are plentiful, but if you are in-between tiers and want larger portions, clients are welcome to go up a tier.
