What You Provide
(1) 6-8 ft. table or surface for every 100 guests in attendance
Any preferred linens or tablecloths (linen styling available for Elevated Graze)
Your preferred plates, napkins, cutlery etc. for your guests
Charcuterie
Our charcuterie includes a display of seasonal artisan cheeses, meat, fruit, crudités (vegetables), dips, breads, crackers.
Flat Graze
Our Classic and Brunch spreads are built using the flat graze method. We provide our disposable runner for a simple set up and clean up.
Elevated Graze
Our Elevated Graze uses our signature silver platters and creates an artful elevated display.
Servings
Charcuterie is considered lite fare- great for appetizers, cocktail hours, or full events serving elevated bites that are still impressive and satisfying. Our tables are plentiful, but if you are in-between tiers and want larger portions, clients are welcome to go up a tier.

Licensed and Professional
Statement Graze is a fully licensed LLC operating out of a commercial kitchen. All food is prepared in accordance with local and state health regulations, and we maintain all required food service permits and certifications.
